Pole Basics

Pole Basics is a class for intro beginners and pole dancers wanting to learn the solid skills to be able to gain strength for more difficult tricks. This class will include a warm-up, spins, conditioning, basic climbs and drills to acquire strength for inverting.

POLE Combo's

Would you like to learn how to sequence together your tricks and have seamless transitions? This class will focus on safe, clean, and unique climbs, inverts nottomention badass pole moves. Learn unique ways to ascend and descend the pole. This class is great for anyone looking to advance their routines or thinking about performing or competing.

SPINNING POLE | All Levels

This class will focus on familiarizing students with the mechanics of spinning pole and expanding their spinning pole repertoire. Beginners will learn how to control and manipulate their speed through basic spins and climbs, while intermediate to advanced students will learn to piece together unique shapes and popular static moves into gorgeous, mesmerizing combos. Let’s all channel our inner ballerinas and ice skaters!

Handsprings & Deadlift Conditioning

Whether you are looking to build the strength to hold your handspring or looking to advance your skills to aerial deadlifts, this class focuses on safely  conditioning the muscles needed for smooth handsprings and handstands, This class is ideal for anyone looking to build their strength to advance their pole tricks.

Poleography

This class will include a warm up, conditioning, technique and freedance.  In this workshop you will learn a routine and discover and explore performance quality. You will learn and discuss how to perform as yourself and an artist.

Please wear shorts for this class. You may also bring socks or leg warmers. All Levels (75 min)

Pole Climbs & Inverts | All Levels

This class is for all students who have attended at least a few Intro/Beg Pole classes. You will learn how to climb up and down the pole in the many different styles. This class focuses on proper form for different styles of inverts  from the floor. This multi level curriculum class will focus on all levels and variation’s of climbs, inversions, and leg hangs and grounded hand-balancing tricks. Students will learn correct body placement and techniques while in the class.

POLE TRICKS & Transitions

This class is for students who would like to learn  pole tricks and different transitions in and out of them with the correct body placement and techniques to help master these pole combos. This multi level curriculum class will focus on all levels of tricks according to your level. We focus on building solid pole combos and drops. If you have ever been interested in competing or are current a competitor in the competition circuit, this is the class for you.

Free dance | free flow

This class is for students who want to learn how to combine their own movement into a free dance. There will be a short sensual warm up guiding you through all the floor dance moves getting your body ready to move on its own. Free dance assignments will be given to sstudents throughout this class that will help them learn how to really express themselves freely. This class is geared to bring out the emotion in dance rather then the cool tricks.

POLE (PICK A TRICK) BEG-ADV

This class is only for students who have taken at least 6-8 classes of Intro/Beg Pole classes and are able to climb up and down the pole and are inverting from the floor. Students are able to bring in their own pole combos or pole tricks they would like to learn that they’ve seen either on YouTube, social media or in a different pole class. The instructor will guide students in a step-by-step break down on how to learn, master and achieve your own learning goals. Please wear shorts for this class. (60 min)

Hoop Classes

Hoop | Beg

Aerial hoop (aka lyra) is a circular apparatus suspended from a single point. Beginners will learn the various techniques to mount, pose, and transition from the hoop along with conditioning, strength and flexibility exercises. After grasping these fundamentals, you will be comfortable joining a all level hoop class. Please wear leggings or tights for this class. (60 min)

HOOP | BEG-INT

In this class, students will start off with a warm up, conditioning, and learn various complex mounts, poses, and inversions building into a routine depending on your level. For more advance students, you will learn to perform what you’ve learned while spinning.

HOOP | INT-ADV

In this class, students will start off with a warm up, conditioning, and learn various complex mounts, poses, and inversions building into a routine depending on your level. For more advance students, you will learn to perform what you’ve learned while spinning.

Hoop | All levels

In this class, students learn various complex tricks and mounts, poses, and inversions building into a spinning routine depending on your level. For more advance students, you will learn to perform single-handed tricks and flexibility moves while spinning.

Silks & Hammock Classes

Silks | Beg-Int

In this class you will learn the fundamentals and techniques at a beginner-intermediate level on the silks. Classes are structered to intorduce  students to movements, climbs and wraps on the silks while developing core strength and body awareness. Beginners are guided through simple wraps and conditioing, while more advanced students begin to create combos that focus on flow and endurance on the silks.

Please wear leggings and tight tank top. (60 min)

silks | Beginner

This class is designed to introduce the fundamentals and techniques at a beginner level on the silks. Students will stretch and work on core strength before working on the silks. They will learn the beginner steps on how to do different foot wraps and upper body conditioning exercises. This class will pepair them to build the endurance to learn beginner level combos.  

Silks | Advanced

In this class the students will warm up and work on core conditioning, strength building, perfecting technique as well as learning advanced tricks, drops, and challenging combos. They will work on building the endurance to stay on the silks longer and combining other dynamic moves together.

Hammock | Beg

The Aerial Hammock or Sling is a soft, looped fabric designed to express many forms of creativity while sus pended in the air. This beginner Aerial Hammock class will build the foundation of basic aerial techniques and help the student master beautiful poses, transitions, routines and other inverted combinations.

This beginner level class is designed for those w ho want to learn the basics of inverting in fabric.

 

Fitness, Flexibility, Dance

Circuit

This class is a combination of strength building and muscle toning between small sets of cardio. There are 8 stations so the class limit is 8. Each station will have two exercises where you will be doing each workout task for one minute. Once the two minutes are up you will rotate to the next station and exercise. Two rotations will be completed in one class with a bonus station at the end. This station is optional but good to build your own personal goal.

Stretch & Flex

This 60 – minute class is designed to strengthen, train and/or improve flexibility in your daily life and aerial performance through passive, active, and kinetic st retching technique s.

This All Levels class is structured to help all students gain the flexibility they desire and upgrade their artful performances.

Cardio Twerk Out

This hour and fifteen minute class/workshop will not only have you sweat and strengthen your legs and glutes, but it will also help you learn how to shake, roll and pop your booty and put it into a sexy twerk routine at the end of every class!
Please bring socks, knee pads & shorts. (75 min)
