INTRO TO POLE / BEG

This class is a must for those who have never taken a pole class before. We recommend taking this class 3-4 times before moving into Pole 1-3. In this class you will learn the fundamentals of pole dance technique & strength training. Class begins with a sensual warm up, developing your own walk around the pole, to floor work, basic spins, and ending with a free dance to practice what you have learned. Please wear shorts for this class. (75 min)

POLE / BEG - ADV

Only for students who have taken at least 2-4 classes of Intro/Beg Pole classes. This multi level curriculum class will focus on all levels and can be modified to each student. You will learn beautiful flow routines with added on pole techniques according to your level. Class will end with a free dance to practice all that you’ve learned.

Please wear shorts for this class. (75/90 min)

SPINNING POLE / BEG - ADV

This class is not for introductory students. Only for students who are no longer taking Intro to pole classes and feel very comfortable with inversions, climbing, and leg hangs. In this class, you will learn beautiful transitions and various flow combinations while controlling your body as the pole is spinning.

Please wear shorts for this class. (60/75 min)

GROUNDED POLE TRICKS / INT-ADV

This class is specifically geared to help students build their floor tricks. Students will learn unique floor transitions, various flow combinations, floor spins/floor tricks and press-ups that keep you grounded without having to climb the pole.

Please wear shorts or leggings for this class. (60 min)

Weighted CONDITIONING / BEG- INT

This class requires ankle weights. Students will learn various was to condition their body using the pole and still bars, which will help them prefect pole climbs, aerial inverts, prefect leg hangs and learn unique transitions and various flow combinations on and off the pole.

WEIGHTED POLE TRICKS / INT-ADV

This class is specifically geared to help you build your core/abs strength and leg strength while learn various ways to aerial invert, climbing, leg hangs, handsprings, deadlifts, and singled handed aerial combos/transitions In this class while wearing ankle weights. Weight sizes will very depending on your skill level.Please wear shorts for this class. (60 min)

POLE TRICKS /BEG-ADV

This class is for students who would like to learn the latest pole tricks being performed by competitors in the competition circuit. Students will learn correct body placement and techniques to help master these pole tricks. This multi level curriculum class will focus on all levels of tricks according to your level. If you have ever been interested in competing or are current a competitor in the competition circuit, this is the class for you.

Please wear shorts or leggings for this class. (60 min)

POLE CLIMBS/INVERTS / BEG-ADV

These classes are only for students who have taken at least 6-8 classes of Intro/Beg Pole classes and are able to climb up and down the pole and are inverting from the floor. This multi level curriculum class will focus on all levels and variation’s of climbs, inversions, and leg hangs and grounded hand-balancing tricks. Students will learn correct body placement and techniques while in the class.

Please wear shorts for this class. (60 min)

POLE (PICK A TRICK) BEG-ADV

This class is only for students who have taken at least 6-8 classes of Intro/Beg Pole classes and are able to climb up and down the pole and are inverting from the floor. Students are able to bring in their own pole combos or pole tricks they would like to learn that they’ve seen either on YouTube, social media or in a different pole class. The instructor will guide students in a step-by-step break down on how to learn, master and achieve your own learning goals. Please wear shorts for this class. (75 min)

POLEOGRAPHY

In this class students will learn a sexy dance infused with elements of Burlesque, Jazz, contemporary and floor work using the pole as your dance partner.  You’ll work up a sweat getting in touch with your inner sensual side and help build self-confidence while learning how to create your own self-style. Each week students will learn different varieties of dances from a classic striptease to maybe some competition routine or even Broadway!  You’ll also learn to explore freestyling to some of the sexiest songs past and present. So come out and join the fun! Please wear shorts for this class. All Levels (60 min)

PRE-PROFESSIONAL POLE / ADV. LEVELS ONLY

This class is for advance students only. Students taking this class must feel very comfortable with aerial inversions, climbing, leg hangs, handsprings, deadlifts, and singled handed aerial combos/transitions In this class, you will learn difficult pole tricks, unique transitions and various flow combinations while controlling your body while off the floor. This class requires instructor approval.

Hoop Classes

INTRO TO HOOP / BEG

Aerial hoop (aka lyra) is a circular apparatus suspended from a single point. Beginners will learn the various techniques to mount, pose, and transition from the hoop along with conditioning, strength and flexibility exercises. After grasping these fundamentals, you will be comfortable joining a all level hoop class. Please wear leggings or tights for this class. (60 min)

In this class, students will start off with a warm up, conditioning, and learn various complex mounts, poses, and inversions building into a routine depending on your level. For more advance students, you will learn to perform what you’ve learned while spinning.
